Returns and Refunds

At Premium Rounds, we strive to provide you with the highest quality ammunition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Restocking fee is 10% and may take 10 working days. Please read this policy carefully.


 Eligibility


To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:


- You must initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving the product.

- The product must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

- The product must not be damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence.

- You must provide a valid proof of purchase.


How to Initiate a Return


To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide further instructions.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within [number of days] working days.


Return Shipping

You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Exceptions
