Terms of Sale
By placing an order with our website, you agree to the following statements:
Eligibility and Compliance:
- I confirm that I have not renounced my U.S. citizenship.
- I am not a fugitive from justice.
- I shall not engage in any unauthorized export of defense articles.
- I am not an illegal or unlawful alien, and I am not a nonimmigrant alien.
- I am currently at least twenty-one (21) years old.
- I am not subject to any domestic violence restraining order.
- I have not been adjudicated as mentally defective or committed to any mental institution.
- I am not an unlawful user or addicted to any controlled substance.
- By selling or delivering ammunition and/or firearm accessories to me, Premium Rounds LLC is not violating any state or local law or ordinance.
- I have never been, and I am not expected to be convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
- I am not under indictment and have never been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for over one year.
- I have never been and am not expected to be discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions.
- I will not commit unauthorized export of ammunition and/or firearm accessories.
Prohibited Shipping Addresses:
- I will not request Premium Rounds LLC to ship packages out of the lower forty-eight states of the United States, California, Massachusetts, Chicago, New York City, or any other area prohibited by federal, state, or local law. (Premium Rounds LLC ships to Illinois, New Jersey, New York State, and Connecticut, where proper documentation is provided.) We do not ship to P.O. boxes
Order Cancellations:
- I understand that Premium Rounds’s order system automatically submits my order to the Premium Rounds warehouse for picking/shipping, and I cannot cancel an order once placed. Premium Rounds may cancel my order at any time if I have not abided by the Terms of Sale; at this time, a refund will be provided.
- If I refuse to accept delivery of an order that I placed, Premium Rounds will charge me the total cost of shipping plus a restocking fee equal to 10% of the value of my order. I will return the remainder of my original payment as a store credit, not a refund.
Return Policy:
- I understand that Premium Rounds accepts returns for defective or damaged products if I notify them within 14 days of my order date. Premium Rounds wants to make things right if anything is wrong with my product. Premium Rounds only accepts returns for defective or damaged products, and I must contact the Premium Rounds team at sales@premiumrounds.com to discuss a return. Premium Rounds may choose to reimburse me with either a refund, a store credit, or a replacement of the product.
Shipping and Title:
- I am responsible for selecting a shipping carrier to deliver my order to my specified address. I will take legal title to the products in my order once they are delivered to my specified address. The shipping carrier’s records regarding the delivery of my order will be definitive, and I am fully responsible for my products once they are delivered.
- If my shipping address differs from my billing address, I must e-mail sales@premiumrounds.com to provide proof of identification before my order ships. Otherwise, my order will be canceled.
E-mail List:
- I understand that Premium Rounds may follow up with me after placing an order and send me subsequent notices of product specials and announcements. By submitting my order, registering an account, or entering my e-mail on the Premium Rounds website, I agree to add my name and e-mail address to the e-mail list maintained by Premium Rounds.
California Orders:
- All ammunition & primer orders must ship to an FFL (Federal Firearms Licensee) - NO EXCEPTIONS. I must upload a copy of the FFL at checkout or e-mail it to info@premiumrounds.com. I am responsible for confirming with the FFL dealer that they will accept the order/shipment. Any returned shipments will be subject to a restocking fee - NO EXCEPTIONS.
Review Manufacturers' Safety Information:
- I understand that Premium Rounds is a retailer. I agree to review safety warnings, product specifications, and other information manufacturers provide before buying or using products from Premium Rounds.
Indemnification and Agreement to Defend:
- If any of my representations when making purchases under the Terms of Sale are incorrect or if I fail to comply with these Terms of Sale, I will indemnify, defend, save harmless, and release Premium Rounds and its owners, agents, officers, and employees from any civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from my purchase from Premium Rounds.
Class Action Waiver:
- I agree that dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only individually, not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Tax Notification:
- My order may be subject to sales tax depending on my residence.
Other Terms:
- I agree that any complaints or legal suits must be filed in a Broward County, Florida court. Any objections not filed within Broward County, Florida, shall be immediately removed to a court within Broward County, Florida. I agree to reimburse Premium Rounds and any other defendants for the costs of defending against the wrongly filed complaint or effecting its removal. I also understand that any complaint or legal suit I file against Premium Rounds and any purchases I make from Premium Rounds shall be governed solely by Florida law, including any lawsuits filed against Premium Rounds by someone else due to my purchases from Premium Rounds.
